From the initial stage of mango selection, washing, ripening, fully ripened mango washing, blanching, pulping, deseeding, centrifuging, homogenizing, concentrated when required, thermal processing to aseptically filling maintaining commercial sterility; the entire process of converting mangoes into mango pulp is executed in our Junagadh, Gujarat based facility. The facility is outfitted with all the requisite processing and packaging machinery and equipment. Plus, we pack Maher fresh mangoes in the special packing material, which is breathable as we understands that air-tight packaging can deteriorate it. The mango pulp is filled in sterilized cans, which are afterwards hermetically sealed.
